Shipping

  • Your shipping status and updates are visible in your website account.
    If shipping costs apply, they will be added during the checkout process.
  • Items that are too large or require special attention are provided by our own delivery services. In this case we will inform you in advance of the time of delivery and we will always try to plan it together with you.
  • Please note that furniture and big items will be delivered by specialized transport.

Returns

  • The customer may, within 14 days after receipt, return the ordered goods in the original, undamaged and original packaging (if possible), together with all accessories, the user manual and (a copy of) the invoice/delivery note at his own expense to: Espoo B.V., Kloosterstraat 75 - 77, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium.
  • Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of such goods. Incomplete, damaged, used or soiled goods will not be taken back.
  • The returned item(s) will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the paid amount, excluding the cost of delivery.
  • Gift cards purchased online are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Extending the gift card is possible once during its validity period, with a maximum extension of 1 month. Extending the gift card incurs an administrative fee of 10% of the total value, with a minimum fee of €15. This fee will be subtracted from the gift card value.
